Prabhakar has more than 29 years of multi-faceted experience of managing Corporate & Business Strategy, and marketing in various sectors. He has worked in multiple companies including Tata group companies, MNCs and Indian conglomerates in strategy function.

 

He has demonstrated leadership strengths in strategic business planning and executed key initiatives with excellence at different phases of business life cycle. With a keen focus on Business growth, he was instrumental in forming Joint-Ventures, corporate alliances, in dynamic global markets. His vast experience and his knowledge in the field of strategic management enables him to analyze what works and what does not work for a company. He hence proposes solutions that are practical and implementable.

As a consultant he has helped companies in Saudi Arabia on strategic planning and execution in the field of Wellness, Tourism, Fintech, Hospitality and Logistics. Before that he has served various sectors such as infrastructure, construction, metals, automotive, petrochemicals, banking, etc.

Some of the assignments include developing strategy plans for businesses and corporates. He is well versed in facilitating Vision-Mission-Values, Strategy development, strategy deployment. He has designed and implemented Balanced Scorecards, Strategy Deployment Matrix, KPI trees, etc.

 

He is an engineer with an MBA from IIM Lucknow. He likes to read The Economist and is always on the lookout for newer management thoughts.
